About Us

We are a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that acts as an employer’s "back office administrative arm", handling all the

time-consuming paperwork and compliance issues for their employees, so they don't have to.

Currently 200,000 employers nationwide have turned over the management of more than 4.5 million employees to

professional employer organizations. This equates to 17% of all employers who employ between 15-50 employees.

The reasons why are simple.

Employers hate the "employee management" side of their business because it takes up their time and decreases the time they

could be spending to build their business.

In addition, every employer hates paying high administrative costs.

The Small Business Administration has concluded that the average administrative cost that employers incur is 1.25 times base salary

per employee, per year, and the fewer employees an employer has, the higher their cost per employee.

The reason is because each employer is operating on their own volume, and when you assess the cost against lower payroll, the ratio

of cost to payroll volume is higher for that employer.

Our administrative costs are less because we operate on the volume of our combined employee count of all the employees we manage.

We have access to better employee benefits we can offer to employers at reduced rates.

For employers who have high unemployment rates based on claims filed against their own payroll volume, we have a lower

unemployment rate because our rate is based on claims filed against the payroll volume of all the employees we manage.

For employers who have high workers compensation rates, simply by contracting with us to manage the employees, we can

usually get lower rates for the employers.

In addition, as we can work to lower current claims amounts, close old claims and reduce or eliminate new claims, the employer

will begin to realize reduced rates that equate to a savings that employers can use to help increase their bottom line.

We work best with employers who have between 15-50 employees who can benefit from full HR Management, Claims Management

and Safety and Risk Management. We can take on new businesses that employ at least 5 employees and who expect to increase their

employee base.

Whether an established business or new in business, we can help.
